Announce the winner at 1 p.m, inaugurate at 3 p.m.!

Zambia had presidential elections this past Thursday. The winner (the former VP) was announced the winner at 1 p.m. today, and he was promptly inaugurated at 3 p.m. Wouldn't that be great if that could happen next Wednesday?? :) Go Obama!
